We will attempt to minimize down time, but in the few weeks there will be some transition time as we move all our equipment to the new facility. Please bear with us.

Rest assured, The RatherGather Network is not going anywhere, and you can expect us to continue to improve our network and technology for years to come.

This site focuses on video games, and gives people a one stop shop to get their video game news. If you’re into video games, check it out!

Some people have been wondering what else we’ve been up to. We recently added avatars to profiles, so next we will be adding those avatars to the comments section, and also allowing you to view other people’s profiles. We’re also shifting policies to only allow comments from logged in users. Sorry anonymous people! We believe this will improve the quality of comments.

Another site will be launching shortly. Please continue to give us feedback as we continue to work on building a better site for everyone to use.

It’s been a bit crazy! I’m happy to report that we are now out of the woods. If the site is ever slow for you, we want to hear about it! We heard the feedback, and we made BIG changes that were 100% complete as of yesterday. So, no more long load times. The site is highly optimized for speed.

Where do we go from here? The next item that we’re working on is some minor asthetic changes to the site to get the bugs worked out that came along, and just end some nagging issues. We’re also in the final stages of our search engine optimization.

Once we finish the items listed above (It should be soon!), then Phase 2 is complete, and we’re onto Phase 3 which is about site expansion. MUCH MUCH MORE TO COME!

I am pleased to report that we are now moving forward with the next phase. The first change involves back end modification to improve the site’s speed as this was the number one complaint of phase 1.
